We do not have enough data to support our theory and studies are still going to analyze what effects which, does having a weak immune system leads to the path of depression or depression is the evil which makes our immune system suffer.

If you closely analyse some of the symptoms of depression like lack of sleep, lack of appetite, disturb the circadian rhythm, no physical activity. Lack of communication can be a reason for compromised immunity. In other words tension, stress, and no proper care of physical well-being leads to weak function of our immunity.

In a recent study where the subjects were mice and they were put in a situation where they have to be under pressure and apprehension which translated into inflammation caused by compromised immunity, in part of the brain which is a kind of depression.

This experiment showed us how the immune system is not immune enough to stay away from issues that are caused by mental disorders.

A notable psychiatrist from the San Diego School of Medicine, Dr.Zablow explains to us how depression is connected to an inefficient immune system, the depression is a major cause of producing innumerable chemicals in our body some of which are way too harmful to our physical and mental healthiness and physical too.

One of the major chemicals elicited by our body is cortisol which simply destroys the configuration of white blood cells (WBC) which translates into compromised immunity.

People who are going through depression are likely to develop more diseases than people who are not going through mental illness.

As we have discussed how depression can hamper immunity. It can be a reason for plenty of other issues.

People with depression are often caught in a vicious cycle of sleep disorders, loss of appetite, and no physical work which leads the path of stroke, high blood pressure, and heart-related illness.

Some researchers also concluded that mood disorders also come with depression.

Depression is not a simple disorder but one of the major issues of our century. People who are suffering from depression are likely to feel more pain due to highly sensitive serotonin.

Attacking immune system depression can make anyone's life harder, they will not be able to fight back diseases.
